Here's a book that I recommend. It is written by a long time friend. Gary LaFerla was a pastor when I first started pastoring back in West Covina. He started a church in Akron, Ohio.

I am pleased to say that I have taught at this church and it is a wonderful church full of servants. He has directed many large ministries and individuals in finding God's will. Look for the book in bookstores soon.
